Step 2: How to Measure – 5 Key Points
Have your child stand naturally with feet together, arms relaxed, and without shoes.
A. Height — Measure from the top of the head straight down to the floor (barefoot).
B. Hollow to Floor — Measure from the center of the collarbone (the "hollow") straight down to the floor. This determines dress length and train style.
C. Bust — Wrap the tape around the fullest part of the chest. Keep the tape level and snug—but not tight. Leave room for one finger.
D. Waist — Find the natural waist (usually the narrowest part, just above the belly button). Measure around it comfortably.
E. Hips — Measure around the fullest part of the hips (typically 7–9 inches below the waist). Ensure your child's feet are together.
