I'm missing an item from my order, what do l do?

If the delivery cannot be completed or the package is rejected, it will be returned to the sender. Once we receive it, we’ll issue a refund, minus the shipping cost.Important: If the carrier is DHL and the package is rejected, it will not be returned to us, and we won’t be able to process a refund.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

If an item is out of stock, can l special order it?

If an item you like is out of stock, select your size and enter your email in the restock notification system. We’ll notify you via email once it’s available again.
Why did the payment fail when checking out the order?
